This episode explores the route of Old U.S. Highway 45 along the path of the Paducah & Memphis Railroad. The video starts just south of Lone Oak, Kentucky, a suburb of Paducah. It will end to the north of the city of Mayfield. The route is now designated Kentucky Highway 1241, as U.S. 45 has been realigned on a newer 4-lane highway.
