American Auto Trail-Dixie Highway (Dalton GA to the Tennessee State Line)

This American auto trail follows the route of the 1920s Dixie Highway and the present U.S. Highway 41.

The auto trail travels north from Dalton, Georgia, to the Tennessee State Line just south of Chattanooga.

This first section of the trail follows an older section of the Dixie Highway, which was later bypassed.
